- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

- Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Mix in vanilla extract.

- Stir together flour, pudding, and baking powder in a separate bowl.

- CH – Change the flavor of your cupcake batter by using other pudding flavors.

- Add dry ingredients and milk into butter mixture. Mix until combined.

- CH – Alternate flour mixture and milk, adding flour mixture about 1 cup at a time.

- Spoon into lined muffin pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until tops are firm.
